Returns & Refunds Policy
At Ukiyo-e-by-gum, all prints are made to order by our print partners. As each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're sorry and we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
We'll review your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not require you to return the damaged item.
What We Cannot Refund
We're unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or product chosen at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
